Korean Flower Piping (Whipping Cream)

Usually the fresh cream on the market, neither plant based nor animal based, it can't be used to pipe Korean flower. As Malaysia's weather is warm and fresh cream is extremely sensitive to temperature. Even the normal fresh cream cake couldn't stand for it, let alone piping Korean flower.
Although fresh cream is sensitive to temperature but it still Malaysian's first choice when comes to the cream selection. As it is lighter, less greasy and less sweet compare to the other cream. And not to mention, it is perfectly match with other pastries too.
From the beginning, flower piping decorator only has a choice which is buttercream, then follow by beanpaste and chocolate cream. And this time, we had bring up a 100% whipping cream recipe (suitable for flower piping). Yes, we comes up a recipe of whipping cream that suitable for flower piping after the research and experiments done.
However, due to pandemic, we choose to launch the class online. So that everyone can learn and stay at home.
