Who is KCDA ?

KCDA full name is Korea Cake Design Association, the Korea government recognised cake association. KCDA is the first established Bean Paste flower piping institute in the world, there is already 80 active instructor in Korea and other countries in Asia.

 

 

 

 Who is the instructor for this course?

The instructor who conducting this course is the certified instructor by KCDA. She is the KCDA Malaysia Branch Manager, and also the only person who qualified to issue the KCDA instructor license in Malaysia. Withholding the certificate of Diploma in Culinary Arts, BA (Hons) Food Management, Bean Paste Flower Rice Cake Master Level 1 & 2, she has been teaching more than hundreds students and still counting, which these can prove that she has the ability to conduct the class well and able to ensure every student learnt. Besides that, she had been interviewed by Malaysia local newspaper Oriental Daily （东方日报) and also local Chinese radio station (988) about the Bean Paste Flower Piping.

 

 

 

 Why KCDA course?

There is a lot of local and Korea association offering certificate. But why you have to choose KCDA? Because KCDA will ensure every instructor and student of them are in quality. Instead of some association giving out the instructor license and certificate after completing the course, KCDA will analyse and verify before giving out the certificate. Not to mention, the certificate of KCDA giving is a qualification certificate, NOT a completion certificate. Which mean, you will receive the certificate if you have passed the test, instead of completing the course. 

 

 

 

 

How about the certificate?

The course fees are not included KCDA certificate application fees. Student has the option to apply or not after completing the course within 6 months. Every level certificate will cost you USD150, which these fees will be fully taken by KCDA. 

 

 

How to apply KCDA certificate? (optional)

We will take a photo of student’s work and send to KCDA HQ for verification. They will inform us once the verification result is out and will arrange for certificate posting.
